Where It Actually Is

Railroad Street runs parallel to Smallman Street on the river side of the Strip District, tucked between the neighborhood’s markets and the Allegheny. If you have only ever been to the Strip for the Saturday morning market stretch on Penn and Smallman, this is one block further toward the water and a different feel entirely — open, industrial, and built for exactly this kind of event.
If your GPS is fighting you, search the address rather than the venue name. Some map apps still route to the 3 Crossings office campus entrance instead of the Stacks lot.
Parking in the Strip District
Street parking on Railroad and Smallman exists, but on a summer Sunday with an event running, do not build your plan around it. Paid lots and garages are the realistic option.
ALCO Parking operates several facilities in and around the Strip District and Downtown, and checking availability before you drive in will save you circling. Arriving 20 to 30 minutes before doors gives you room to park and walk without rushing.
One thing worth saying plainly: this is a 21+ event with multiple bars on site. If you are drinking, sort out your ride home before you arrive, not at 9:00 PM.
Getting There Without a Car
Pittsburgh Regional Transit runs bus service along Penn Avenue and Smallman Street into the Strip District, putting you within a short walk of Railroad Street. Check the trip planner for Sunday service — weekend frequencies differ from weekdays.
Rideshare drop-off on Railroad Street is straightforward, and the Strip District is walkable from Downtown if you are already staying there. It is roughly a 20 to 25 minute walk from the Cultural District, and a genuinely pleasant one along the river.
Entry: What You Need
- Valid government-issued photo ID. 400 Degreez is 21+ and this is not negotiable.
- Your ticket — available through Posh. Pull it up before you get in line so you are not fighting cell signal at the gate.
- A bag that meets the policy. Read the bag policy first — it is the single most common reason people get sent back to their car.
- Familiarity with the event rules and code of conduct.
What Is On Site
Multiple bars, local Pittsburgh food vendors, and featured Black-owned spirits with specialty cocktails. You do not need to eat before you come, and you should not plan to leave and come back.
Timing Your Arrival
Doors are at 4:00 PM and Digital Dave starts the day right then. The set times are staggered so the afternoon builds — QRX at 4:30, Arie Cole at 5:00, DJ KK from 6:00 to 7:00 — which means arriving late costs you more than it would at a club night.
Target 3:45 PM if you want the full run. Target 4:30 PM if you are being realistic about a Sunday.
